Harvest: Performed under conditions of perfect ripeness during the month of September, hand-harvested with grape selection.
Yield per hectare: Not exceeding 150 quintals / ha.
Wine: Amabile (semi-sweet) slightly sparkling white, very characteristic and round.
Alcohol content: 11.00% vol.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish highlights, brilliant.
Aroma and taste: Characteristic vinous aroma, fruity with notes of banana. Round taste with a slightly almond-like aftertaste, intense and pleasant.
Serving suggestion: Before opening, it is recommended to chill the wine to 8-12°C.
Food pairings: Given its pronounced aroma, this wine pairs well with starters, risottos, and fish dishes with a strong marine flavor. Also excellent as an aperitif and between meals.
Storage: Maintains its characteristics for more than 2-3 years; like all wines, it should be stored in cool (below 20°C), dimly lit places not subject to major temperature fluctuations.
