Colli Euganei PINOT BIANCO D.O.C.

Wine: It's an elegant white wine with a bouquet that recalls the smell of apples and bread crusts.
Colour: straw-coloured with hints of green.
Perfume and taste: Its perfume is intense, delicate and persistent. It's strongly grapey with a dry taste, full-bodied and harmonious.
Gastronomic association: It accompanies shellfish and seafood in general. At its best with freshwater fish and strong mature cheeses. To be served at 9/10º C.

Wine: It's a light very decisive white wine.
Colour: straw-coloured with hints of gold.
Perfume and taste: Its nice perfume is sharp, fresh and light.

Colli Euganei Rosso D.O.C.

Wine: It's a full-body red wine with a fresh lemony good level of acidity.
Colour: red with traces of violet.
Perfume and taste: Its perfume reminds of blackberry, raspberry and bilberry. With aging it acquires a elegant distinctive aroma that recalls the forest ground.
Gastronomic association: It accompanies rustic dishes of the local cuisine, to be served with salami, grilled chicken and boiled or barbeque meat. To be served at 16/18º C.

Colli Euganei Cabernet D.O.C.

Wine: It's a full-body red wine of strong character that present a intense and penetrating taste of grape.
Colour: ruby-red with hints of garnet.
Perfume and taste: Its intense herby perfume presents a pungent body in harmony with the right amount of tannin.
Gastronomic association: It accompanies white and red meat, particularly roasts and mature cheeses. To be served at room temperature - to be oxygenated before serving.

Colli Euganei Serprino D.O.C.

Wine: It's a slightly sparkling white wine.
Colour: straw-coloured with hints of green.
Perfume and taste: Aristocratic sparkle with a delicate nose, fruity character made form the Serpina grape. Medium dry delicate, delicate, fresh intense and lively.
Gastronomic association: It's an excellent table wine that can be also served as aperitif. It accompanies fish, shellfish, white meats and light dishes. To be served at 8/10º C.

Wine: It's a robust red wine aged one year in barrel.
