The canteen is the heart of our business where all the fermentation processes that transform grape juice to wine take place. For our production we only use the best rigs, in order to produce a superior wine that is distinct from competitors.
Thee capacity of the canteen is 2000 hectoliters divided between storing tanks and the ready-for-bottling tanks, and beside are the storage barrels used for the production and aging of the more prestigious quality wines, plus a storehouse were all the bottles are stored. In addition, there is a sampling facility, available to both consumer and wholesale clients.
